Project - Croydon College - WCs

Michael Jones & Associates LLP appointed as MEP Consultants for the Performance Design and monitoring of the refurbishment of a series of toilets within the main College Campus Building.

The refurbishment took place of a series of very dated installations, many of which dated back to the 1970’s, in various areas of the College Building.

The installations consisted of new sanitary ware, cubicle systems, lighting, fire alarm, plumbing and ventilation systems. The new installations transformed the existing arrangements to bring them in line with installations elsewhere in the building.

The Contract was a phased Contract over a period of 6 months to meet the requirements of an occupied College and funding.
