Project - 1-3 Pemberton Row

Michael Jones & Associates LLP appointed on an Abridged Duties role to provide Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy services. The project comprised a Cat A refurbishment of 5 floors and upgrading of plant and controls. One tenant remained in occupation during the project and the floor kept operational.

M & E works included design and installation of new a-pipe fan coil units, new BMS controls, and related services for a Cat A refurbishment. One floor was altered to suit a new tenant’s specific requirements.
