Project - Dilapidations Assessment - Sussex House, Burgess Hill
Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to carry out a Mechanical and Electrical Services Dilapidations assessment for the Landlord of a circa 100,000sq ft existing building complex in Burgess Hill, Sussex.
Our duties included the assessment of Lease and Licence for Alteration agreements and a visual survey and assessment of existing Mechanical and Electrical Services arrangements/condition both internally and externally to the buildings including, but not limited to, lifts, cradles and hoists, standby generation, air conditioning equipment, central boiler plant, domestic hot and cold water services, hv/lv switchgear, lv distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarm and security installations.
The assessment included the production of a Mechanical and Electrical Services Scott Schedule for inclusion within the overall building Dilapidations Schedule to enable the Landlord to serve on the existing Tenant, if required.
