Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed on behalf of the Client to provide Employers Requirements and Performance Specification requirements for a refurbishment of vacated office space at this property.
The works comprised the full decommission and strip-out of the previous tenant and landlord systems, and for the renewal of the M&E Building Services systems to provide flexible, open-plan office suites at 1st & 2nd floor levels, with completed landlord installations and Cat ‘A’ office space ready for a tenant to occupy and fit-out.
