Project - Bromley College - LDD Centre Refurbishment
Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Design for the refurbishment of the existing LDD Centre at the College which included the construction of a new infill Restaurant Space and a new Performance Space.
The works were split into two phases with the enabling works contract being the stripping out the existing building areas and making safe of the M&E Services installations and the second phase being the refurbishment phase with the refurbishment of the spaces and the construction of new.
The refurbishment works contract was carried out with a fast track programme to complete the project within the College’s required timescales and included the refurbishment of Kitchens, Classrooms, ICT areas and Workshops.
