Michael Jones & Associates LLP appointed as MEP Services Engineers for the performance design and monitoring of the construction of a new MUGA along with a new combined Sports Hall, Classroom and Construction Trades building on the Thomas Knyvett School site at Ashford.
The building was constructed as a BREEAM very good building with photo voltaic panels, LED lighting, lighting control systems, underfloor heating, natural ventilation to the Sports Hall and Construction Trades area and heat recovery units to Classroom areas.
