Project - Croydon College - Classroom Refurbishment - Completed 2011
Michael Jones & Associated LLP were appointed to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Design for the complete refurbishment of the existing 4th and 3rd floors of the College along with the construction of a new Rotunda which includes an LRC, Management Offices and Dance Studios.
The project included the refurbishment of existing College wings to provide new teaching spaces providing an environment where students would like to be taught.
The project was assigned and constructed to meet a BREAAM very good rating and was provided with extensive energy saving controls and monitoring to allow the College to monitor and control its’ energy usage.
