Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to survey 4No. existing units on the site that were becoming vacant and preparing Performance Specification and drawings for the complete strip out of two of the units and the refurbishment of the other two unts to a Cat A standard ready for incoming tenants.
The new Mechanical and Electrical Services installations include the retention of existing electrical distribution and small power services installations along with new recessed lighting, fire alarm services, refrigerant based heating and cooling installations, heat recovery systems and the refurbishment of the WC accommodation. The works were completed within a budget of £1m.
