Project - Kitchen & Restaurant Refurbishment - St George's Hospital, London
Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of the existing main kitchen and restaurant for both patients and visitors to the hospital. The
Project included a new kitchen, wash-up area, restaurant, refrigerated picking and packing areas for ward reheat kitchens, and associated staff areas.
A temporary restaurant was provided throughout the duration of the works.
M & E services included, new kitchen and restaurant ventilation systems, decorative front-of-house lighting, LV distribution and services to feed specialist catering equipment.
