Project - UCL Camley Street - Fit-out of Office Space

Michael Jones and Associates LLP were appointed for the Design of the Mechanical and Electrical fit-out of a series of flexible office, meeting, breakout and support spaces.

Works included a large multi-use Seminar and event space in a secure and adaptable environment to support start-up creative businesses.
Mechanical and electrical services included central supply and extract ventilation systems complete with VRF heating and cooling, office meeting room and Seminar LED lighting systems with comprehensive DALI lighting control systems and flexible overhead small power provisions.
