Michael Jones & Associates LLP were initially appointed to carry out a procurement survey for the site on behalf of the Client.
This survey provided various feasibility options for the site, and working hand-in-hand with the Architect we developed several schemes for the Client.
The favoured options were then developed with the design team for planning with Michael Jones & Associates LLP assisting with the Mechanical and Electrical elements of the planning and BREEAM considerations for the project.
We carried out the Mechanical and Electrical design and site monitoring of the various phased projects as a member of the project team.
The works included new statutory services installations, refurbishment of existing buildings as well as new build office accommodation to fit within the existing site and conservation area constraints.
