Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed on behalf of the Client to prepare Employers Requirements and Performance Specification documents for the refurbishment of these 2 previously occupied office spaces, undertaken as separate but consecutive contracts.
The scope of the works included for the full replacement of the previously installed M&E Building Services Systems, with new DX refrigerant based VRF/VRV heat recovery heating and comfort-cooling systems, integrated with a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, installed above a new plaster-board ceiling with access panels co-ordinated with linear LED lighting systems and linear supply and extract air diffusers, offering flexible Cat ‘A’ office space ready for tenants to occupy and fit out.
