Project - New Build Residential Accommodation, Windlesham, Surrey

Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to carry out the full Mechanical and Electrical Design for the construction of a New Build prestigious residential property in Windlesham, Surrey.

Construction works consisted of basement bedrooms and plant area, Ground floor reception rooms , Garage Block and First/Second floor bedrooms.

Mechanical and Electrical services included comfort cooling to bedrooms and ground floor reception rooms, Solar thermal hot water and Photovoltaic panels to satisfy building control and planning requirements, together with gas fired LPHW heating and LED feature lighting.
