Project - Residential Accommodation, Kilburn
Michael Jones & Associates LLP were appointed to carry out the full Mechanical and Electrical Design for the refurbishment and extension of an existing detached property in West London.
The project included a new Swimming Pool Complex, new Master Suite, new Family Room and Plant Room with existing accommodation adapted to incorporate 2No bedroom suites, 3 further bedrooms, Cinema Room and bathrooms for the building.
On top of these installations an outside integrated barbecue area has been provided along with play areas and buildings.
The use of low energy LED lighting was provided throughout the installation with a scene setting lighting control system integrated with the audio visual installations to all be controllable from Apple devices located in the building and via portable Apple solutions.
